For me, the most exciting thing about practicing Lean is that it offers the opportunity to build close relationships with people who are doing things I believe in. Engaging employees; changing culture; making things better – that’s what it’s all about. I am proud to call my clients friends and am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with them.
I first stumbled upon Lean in 2003 when I was invited to participate in a Lean Black Belt program. I gratefully accepted and after 2 years of full time training, I was certified as a Lean Black Belt … and a convert for life! Since then, I have been helping organizations learn and apply the Lean tools to generate results.
By providing Lean Green Belt certification and coaching to future Lean leaders, I have attained status of Master Lean Black Belt. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with specialization in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
I hail from the small but mighty town of Winnipeg, Manitoba and although I live in beautiful Kelowna, BC, I will always consider myself a Prairie girl at heart.
